I hate being busy. I like lazy slow days. Today I...
got up at 5:50. Coffee with pumpkin spice creamer. Kids awake, breakfast, make lunches, put one kid on bus, drive 2 kids to school.
Changed my sheets (never made it to the kids' rooms), cleaned the kitchen, balanced checkbook, paid some bills, made some phone calls, made taco salad for church ladies meeting, went to pick up 2 kids at 1:00. Took E to a Dr's appt, turned down swine flu mist (stressful decision), took E and K to get haircuts, went to drugstore, went to PTSO meeting, drove to ladies meeting at church, forgot to stop back and drugstore to pick up prescription, listened to a great woman speak at church, visited with a friend, met someone from Logan County, ate too much taco salad, drove back home, got home at 10pm, put kids in bed (that took about 40 minutes). Did a load of laundry, set up everything to make muffins for bible study in the morning.
Then I got on the computer and am staying up way too late. I need to sleep. I love sleep, I really really do.
And I think I hit a record today, I had 12 visits to this blog today. I haven't gotten that many unless it was through the Christmas Tour of Homes. And my California visitor did not even stop by. Would you like to tell me who you are in California???

Wow, you sound busy!...I'd probably pull whatever hair i have left, (cause it's short) out by now if I had to do all that! Well good for you. You trying to break a record and be superwoman or something? LOL just kidding...Wish I was there to share some of your cookies or muffins! My mom says hi and asks how L is doing these days. It's cool here today and leaves are changing into prettier colors. Have a good day. :)
