Easter continued

I forgot about our Easter morning pictures. I had forgotten to download them to the computer. I will go ahead and share them late. I don't think grandmas care that they are late.

First here are the Easter baskets with the chocolate crosses and Christian books and t-shirts that I told you about.

I am actually going to show pictures of myself. Me and my babies. Babies that are growing faster than those weeds in the yard. And yes, it is bright out there, we are all squinting.

I also know I still need to update some of you on B's tests. We have gotten all the results back. The MRI on her jaw shows that the disc is completely out of place but they can't do much about it right now. She will most likely need surgery for it but they don't want to do that until her bones are finished growing. She still has pain and problems opening her mouth all the way. We would appreciate your prayers on that. God can heal her so that she never has to have that surgery.

The MRI on her brain was fine but the EEG was not. She has brain activity that could cause seizures. She has migraines and it could be from that or not. She needs to be on medicine to control her headaches and the Dr. wants to use an anti-seizure med for that to cover both issues. The first med he put her on made her too sick, weak, and dizzy so we had to take her off that. We have to wait another week or so before he will prescribe another one.

B is also having issues at school. She did not pass the state math test and will have to take it again in May. But they are also going to test her for learning difficulties and even ADD. I think she has that--not the hyper part though. They want to get the testing for that done before the next state math test. I am happy about all of this testing and wish we had gotten it 2 or 3 years ago. I hate that she has to struggle and if there are ways to help her, I am thrilled to find them out!

Thanks for all the concern about the tests. I am sorry I did not update earlier. I was waiting to find out everything for sure and see how she did with the meds. Keep praying for her, we really appreciate it!
